Terms of Use
AfterGlo Digital LLC
Last updated: August 24, 2026
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. They are a binding agreement between you and AfterGlo Digital LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("AfterGlo Digital," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of afterglodigital.com (the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site is an informational brochure website. It describes AfterGlo Digital's business and lets you tell us you are interested in working with us. That is all it does.
The Site does not sell anything, does not offer accounts or logins, and does not host, display, stream, link to, or distribute adult content of any kind, and it will not do so in the future.
2. What the Site is not
The Site is not our service. Anything on the Site describing planned or potential products, features, capabilities, pricing, or timelines is informational only. It is not an offer, a commitment, or a guarantee that any product will be built, launched, or made available to you. If we later offer a product or platform, your use of it will be governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement, not these Terms, will control.
Submitting a form does not create a business relationship. We are under no obligation to respond to any inquiry, to accept you as a customer, or to provide any service.
We are not a content publisher. AfterGlo Digital builds infrastructure for creators. We do not produce, curate, own, endorse, or control content that creators distribute using tools we may provide.
We do not administer creator communities. If you are a subscriber to a community operated by a creator, your relationship, including payment, access, support, and cancellation, is with that creator alone. To manage or cancel a subscription, or to review the terms that apply to it, visit that creator's own site and contact them directly. We cannot cancel, refund, or modify a subscription on your behalf, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a creator.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old, are located in the United States, and are legally able to enter into a binding contract. The Site is intended for creators and prospective business partners, not for subscribers or the general public.
If you submit our interest form, you represent that you are 18 or older, that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you, and that you have the authority to submit it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information, including submitting someone else's contact information without permission
- Submit obscene, explicit, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful material through any form on the Site
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or defeat our bot protection, rate limits, or other security measures
- Use scrapers, crawlers, bots, or automated means to access, harvest, or copy any part of the Site, except for well-behaved search engine indexing
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
- Interfere with the operation of the Site, including through excessive request volume, denial-of-service attempts, or the introduction of malicious code
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Site, except where that restriction is prohibited by law
- Frame, mirror, or resell any part of the Site
We may block, suspend, or restrict access to the Site for any reason, at any time, without notice.
5. Submissions
Anything you send us through the Site, including form entries, ideas, questions, feedback, and suggestions, is a "Submission."
Submissions are not confidential. Do not send us anything you consider a trade secret or that you are not free to disclose. No confidential relationship, partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship is created by sending us a Submission.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, store, reproduce, and adapt your Submission for the purposes of responding to you, evaluating a possible business relationship, and operating and improving our business. We are free to use any feedback or suggestions you provide without any obligation or compensation to you.
Our handling of personal information in Submissions is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, layout, design, and code, is owned by AfterGlo Digital or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "AfterGlo Digital" and our logos are our trademarks. You may view the Site and print or download individual pages for your own non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site relies on third-party services, including Cloudflare and Google Analytics, and may link to third-party websites. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content, practices, availability, or policies. Your use of a third-party service or site is subject to that party's own terms.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFTERGLO DIGITAL AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
These limitations apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AfterGlo Digital and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your Submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and AfterGlo Digital agree that any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waives any objection to venue there.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version and changing the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.
13. General
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign them freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and AfterGlo Digital regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings on that subject. They do not supersede any separate signed agreement between us.
Survival. Sections 5, 6, and 8 through 13 survive any termination of your use of the Site.
