Privacy Policy
AfterGlo Digital LLC
Last updated: August 24, 2026
AfterGlo Digital LLC ("AfterGlo Digital," "we," "us," or "our") is a Tennessee limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through afterglodigital.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers this Site only. The Site is an informational brochure site that describes our business. It does not sell anything, host any user accounts, or display any adult content.
This policy does not cover:
- Any future AfterGlo Digital product or platform. If and when we launch a service, it will have its own agreement and its own privacy policy.
- Communities operated by creators. If you are a subscriber to a community run by a creator who uses our services, your relationship is with that creator. Their terms and their privacy policy govern that relationship, including billing and how you cancel or unsubscribe. Please contact the creator directly. We are not a party to that relationship and cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
2. Who this Site is for
The Site is directed to adults in the United States. We do not currently offer services outside the United States, and the Site is not intended for individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Please do not submit information through the Site if you are located outside the United States.
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us through the form on our contact page.
3. Information you provide to us
Interest form. If you submit our interest form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The approximate size of your following or community
- Your confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older
General inquiry form. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, and whatever you write in your message.
Please do not include sensitive personal information, explicit material, financial account details, or confidential business information in any free-text field.
4. Information collected automatically
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics sets cookies and similar identifiers in your browser and collects information such as the pages you view, the page or source that referred you, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, your language setting, and the timestamps of your visit.
We have Google Analytics "Enhanced Measurement" enabled. In addition to page views, this automatically records events such as scroll depth, clicks on links that lead off our Site, site searches, video engagement, file downloads, and form interactions, meaning that a form was started or submitted, not the contents of what you typed into it.
We have turned off all optional Google data-sharing settings in our Google Analytics account. We do not use Google Signals, Google advertising features, remarketing, or audience export, and we have not linked Google Analytics to any advertising product. Google processes this data on our behalf as described in Google's own privacy documentation.
Hosting and security. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare generates standard server and security logs, which may include your IP address, the request you made, and your user agent.
Bot protection. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to distinguish real visitors from automated traffic. To do this, Turnstile processes signals such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and interaction patterns. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not use these signals for cross-site tracking or advertising.
5. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether our services are a fit for you
- Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Site
- Understand aggregate Site usage and improve our content and messaging
- Send you communications about AfterGlo Digital, subject to Section 6
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect our rights or the rights of others
6. Marketing communications
Today, we use the email address you provide to reply to your inquiry. We reserve the right to use that address in the future to send you information about AfterGlo Digital, including product news, launch announcements, and related offers.
If we do, every marketing email will include a clear unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing will remove you from all marketing email from us. We may still send you direct replies to messages you send us.
7. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose it to advertising networks, data brokers, or affiliates.
We do rely on a small number of service providers that process information on our behalf:
| Provider | Role |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Site hosting, security, bot protection (Turnstile), and the database (Cloudflare D1) where form submissions are stored |
| Google LLC | Website analytics (Google Analytics 4) |
We may also disclose information to our legal, accounting, or other professional advisors, or where we are required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others. If we are ever involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
8. Where information is stored and how long we keep it
Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in the United States. Notifications about submissions may also be delivered to our administrators by email.
We currently retain form submissions indefinitely, including inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship, so that we can maintain a record of who has contacted us and follow up if circumstances change. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time using the form on our contact page, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law or need it to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements.
Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account and is not associated with your name or email address.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls on our database and the security features provided by our hosting platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices
- Don't submit a form. You can browse the Site without giving us any information about yourself.
- Control cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Google also offers a Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site behave.
- Unsubscribe. If we begin sending marketing email, you can unsubscribe using the link in any such message.
- Request deletion. Contact us through the form on our contact page and ask us to delete your information. We may need to verify your request by replying to the email address you originally submitted.
Do Not Track. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because no common standard for honoring them has been adopted.
11. Information for California residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you certain rights regarding your personal information.
In the past 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Sections 3 and 4 of this policy: identifiers (name, email address, IP address, online identifiers), commercial or professional information (the approximate size of your community), and internet or network activity information (browsing and interaction data collected through analytics). We collect this information directly from you and automatically through your device, for the purposes described in Section 5.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Subject to the limits in the law, you may request to know what personal information we hold about you, request that we correct it, and request that we delete it. You may exercise these rights through the form on our contact page. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request; we may ask for proof of the agent's authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If we make a material change to how we use information you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by email or a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
13. How to reach us
Please use the form on our contact page for any privacy question or request, including requests to access or delete your information.
